SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship your Pickld products as quickly and safely as possible.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and pin code at the time of placing the order. We will not be liable for delays arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Once the order is placed, you will receive tracking details on dispatch.

  • Shipping timelines:

    • Within India: 4–7 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs duties/taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the courier partner)

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.

  • Pickld is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics delays, or incorrect address inputs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because Pickld is a consumable ingestible product, we maintain strict safety standards.
 For this reason, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Replacement Only If:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect, OR

  2. The seal/label is broken or tampered upon arrival, OR

  3. The product was damaged or leaking during transit, OR

  4. You received the wrong product.

Requisites for Return/Replacement:

  • In case of manufacturing defect or leakage: product images required

  • In case of wrong product received: product + outer packaging images required

  • In case of tampered seal: clear image of seal/label

Not Eligible for Returns:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Buyer’s remorse (flavour not liked, changed mind, ordered wrong product, etc.)

  • Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page

  • International orders (no returns or replacements)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, returns and replacements are processed free of cost if the issue is on our end (defect, damage, wrong item).

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, only if it has not been packed or dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders placed during sales or special offers cannot be cancelled.

  • For cancellation assistance, email info@pickld.co.in with your order number.

Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated once cancellation is verified.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

  • The seal was broken or product was leaking on arrival

  • You received the wrong product and the correct one is out of stock

  • The order cannot be fulfilled from our end

Once we receive the necessary images and validate the claim:

  • Refunds are initiated to your original payment method

  • Refund may take 7–12 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment gateway

  • COD orders (if applicable) will be refunded via NEFT after bank details are provided

Shipping costs for returns (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
