Returns & Refund Policy

At Pickld, we ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. Since our products fall under consumables, returns are extremely limited and only applicable under the conditions listed below.

 


 

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, OR

  • The product packaging/label is broken, tampered with, or damaged upon delivery, OR

  • You have received the wrong product.

We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal taste, flavour preference, or if the product has been opened and consumed.

 


 

Requisites for refund/return

To process your claim, we require:

If defective product received:

  • Clear image of the product defect

If wrong product received:

  • Image of the product + image of the label

If packaging/label is broken or tampered:

  • Clear images showing the tampering

If order is incomplete:

  • Image of product + label

If your order included a free gift and you wish to return the item due to the above valid reasons, the free gift must also be returned.

Sale items, discounted items, promotional bundles, or gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Pickld reserves the right to apply shipping charges in cases that require legal review.

Refund Policy

Refund timelines depend on the payment mode.

  • For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking refunds, please allow 10–14 working days for the amount to reflect.

  • During high-order periods, refunds may take up to 15–18 business days.

Refunds will only be issued after product inspection and approval by our quality team.
